Medium yellow green colour, silver reflections. A hint of citrus zest and lanolin underpinned by a fine flint note, delicate herbal savouriness, yellow fruit, some honey. Juicy, fresh white apple fruit, lively, fine acidity, silky minerality, lemony touch in the aftertaste, almost imperceptible use of wood, shows chablish-like elegance.
