Medium yellow-green colour. Smoky, savoury hints of flint, fine yellow tropical fruit, candied orange zest, pleasant herbal savouriness, multi-faceted bouquet. Full-bodied, complex, ripe white fruit, pleasant extracted sweetness, fine acidity, ripe pineapple and papaya on the finish, shows length, certain ageing potential.
