On the nose, herbal and savoury aromas, notes of smoke, apple and yeast, a hint of caraway. Dry and almost demanding on the palate, lean and straightforward with vivid acidity, underpinned by grippy phenolics. A unique style that turns Chasselas into Chasselas.
