Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 15.08.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Golden yellow in colour. Dried fruit in the aroma, a little wood, which raises almost "sweet" expectations. The palate has a slightly viscous background with powerful alcohol, on which fine-grained, still youthful and tense phenolics unfold, accompanied by a well-integrated acidity and an aromatic expression of quite pure vintage fruit.
