Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.09.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Spicy, but not excessively vivid new oak, vanilla and aniseed bun, some raisin. The palate reveals a wine with powerful volume, oily, round, a lively acid nerve contrasts the texture, the alcohol is just as well integrated as the wood, a fruit of fully ripe yellow fruits such as apricot and Mirabelle plum lingers for a long time. Unusual and individual, but perfectly harmonious in itself.
