The colour suggests advanced maturity, but the aroma is very expressive and fresh: with aromas of red and black currant, dried tomato. In the mouth, the wine has two poles: juiciness and alcoholic power, silky tannins, creaminess and fruit on the palate, but in the end the very powerful alcohol is somewhat drying.
