Tasting from 13.09.2024: Ulrich Sautter

A municipality called Kaiserpfalz, a wine from the Nebra Ark, that plays with the region's tradition that goes back a few years. The pure Souvignier Gris offers a yellow-fruity nose, ripe pineapple, candied lemon peel, some box. On the palate there is a lot of smooth flow, ripe quince, further pineapple, dry oriented. Lots of centre, only a little short on the finish.
