Tasting Notes
Dark berry fruit, dark chocolate, some cinnamon. With aeration, wild raspberries, thyme. Powerful but ripe tannins, an aristocratic astringency on a supple base, taut acidity, lengthy but without aggressive notes, well-integrated alcohol, lots of fresh fruit, structure and volume. Bright tactile mineral notes on the finish.
