Tasting Notes
Amarena cherries with wild raspberries, strawberries, lilac blossom and violets on the nose, plum compote, fine woody savouriness. On the palate, with a robust structure and full-bodied substance and richness, dry, shows the site in its minerality and seriousness. Good length.
More about the tastingSmoky new wood, sour cherry and dark berries such as elderberry. On the palate, the wine has an enormous density, fine-grained tannins in very high quantities coat the palate without being astringent. A full, ripe palate fruit accompanies the structure, a ripe acidity and tactile minerality provide energy.
