Für den PALLAS werden nur die aller- schönsten Pinot-Trauben verarbeitet. Das Bouquet ist enorm vielschichtig, nach reifen Kirschen und edler Würze mit floralen Aromen. Der Körper ist druckvoll und geschmeidig mit hochreifen, samtigen Gerbstoffen. Er endet langanhaltend fruchtbetond und würzig.

Spicy, fruity bouquet with notes of confit dark forest berries and black cherry. Subtle hints of caramel and allspice as well as balsamic nuances. Full-bodied and rich on the palate, with ripe acidity and notes of dark berries and savoury nuances. Fine-grained tannins, long finish.
