The sparkling wine »Crémant Pinot« brut nature, vintage 2023 from the winery Winzer Sommerach – Die Genossenschaft has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Weißburgunder, Spätburgunder, Schwarzriesling from the region Franconia in Germany.
Cool and mineral on the nose, rock flour, ripe apple, berry fruit, cinnamon stick, white nougat. Fine, fresh mousse on the palate with a full-bodied, creamy base, ripe acidity and subtle mineral savouriness carry the juicy fruit into the long finish.
