The "Rebstück" contains Acolon, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Dorsa and Merlot, with a nose of roasted coffee beans, blackcurrant, plum and stewed cherries, some vanilla and cinnamon. Soft on the palate with a fine fruit and balanced acidity, a good accompaniment to food.
