Intense, engaging, natural-looking fruit. Ripe sour cherry, elderberry, nuances of tarragon and roast jus. Very pure and elegant. Medium-bodied on the palate with an open structure, fine, ripe tannins, present fruit notes. Long finish with a mineral-salty impression, can age for a long time.
