Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with green reflections. Restrained and cool on the nose - subtle notes of bread crust and Spanish nuts, with flint, grapefruit, and mirabelle plums emerging. A gripping attack on the palate thanks to lean, steely acidity that feels grippy and direct and drives all the way to the long, mineral-accompanied finish. Clean and clear as mountain water - an animating, acidic Chardonnay.
