Intense, engaging, natural fruit. Ripe sour cherry, elderberry, nuances of tarragon and roast jus. Very pure and elegant. On the palate medium fullness with an open structure; fine, ripe tannin; present fruit notes. Long finish with mineral-salty impression. Can mature for a long time.
