Tasting Notes
Strong red with a subtle edge of ripeness; medium-intense bouquet, animal notes, horse stables, leather, but also stewed plums; medium-bodied on the palate, a hint of CO2, present acidity, rich, well-structured tannins, aromas of licorice, pepper, tar; good length. Robust, complete, probably slightly Brett-laden. But can still be shown, as there are hardly any signs of fatigue.
