A sparkling, bright straw-yellow color with fine bubbles. A fragrant, intense nose, slightly smoky, followed by notes of baked apple and brioche, with a hint of light caramel in the background. It unfolds delicately and elegantly, revealing lovely mature notes; fresh, with a long and complex finish.
