Brilliant straw yellow with a fine, persistent perlage. Finely drawn nose with notes of mirabelle plums, some pear, hazelnuts and brioche. Blossoms beautifully on the palate, salty and mineral, describes a wide arc, fine fruit, fine perlage, long finish, pithy.
