The spumante Zero Brut Nature Südtirol DOC from the winery Arunda has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Brilliantly bright golden yellow colour. The nose has a fine aroma of fresh buttered croissants, flaked almonds and ripe pineapples, with candied lemon. Fine, delicate bubbles on the palate, vibrant, harmonious, with plenty of traction and tension, good flow.
More about the tastingBrilliant greenish yellow with persistent mousse. Crisp nose of candied lemon zest, young quince, pineapple, then blood orange, slightly smoky, nougat in the finish, very elegant. Deliciously fruity on the palate, beautifully balanced, even salty, elegant bitterness accompanies the drink, juicy finish.
