Tasting Notes
On the nose, initially subtle hints of age, of damp wool, then, with a little more air comes fine caramel, sweet cassis, and some cherry. The cassis becomes more evident on the palate, which appears fresh and complex, although delicate in both structure and texture it is harmonious, still very lively, and attractive, with great length. One of the really great Moutons.
