Tasting Notes
Well-covered ruby garnet, violet reflections. Moist bread on the nose, somewhat impure spice, dried fruit, somewhat diffuse, fresh plum notes on the palate, firm tannins, still lively, dry finish. 2006 from a magnum: Delicate leafy undertones, some cream and caramel. Delicate sweetness on the palate, roasted plums, fine, rather subtle tannins, a rather delicate Mouton with ripe aromas on the finish.
