Tasting Notes
Deep dark ruby garnet, dark color core, young, violet reflections. Toasted white bread, brioche and some yoghurt on the nose. Somewhat broad on the palate, leafy blackberry notes, somewhat dry with a fresh plum finish. Slender, somewhat wide-meshed, medium length. - A recently tasted bottle showed fine berry confit, delicate caramel notes, some cream. Soft and velvety on the palate, but should have a little more alcohol, appears powerful, almost a little top-heavy on the finish. The 19 Gabriel points are food for thought. It describes a great Mouton. I was probably less lucky with the three bottles.
