Tasting Notes
A reliable thing: medium carmine garnet, ochre rim, rather restrained. The nose is on the cusp of the old wine bouquet, some undergrowth, damp moss, slender on the palate, appears somewhat attacked, shows a very good balance, some cassis confit, is crumbly, a well-ripened, somewhat graying old star. - Finally good color, delicate hints of blackberry jam, fine bitter chocolate touch. Firm tannin structure on the palate, medium body, fresh acid structure, still easy to drink.
