For this wine, 15 percent whole grapes were co-fermented. Smoky aroma, spicy passion fruit, a hint of phenolics on the palate, mild acidity, mineral tones, delicate and flawlessly ripe, almost a Kabinett style with a noticeably "cool" impression.
