Dense, savoury and roasted aroma, toast crust, fennel seed, nougat, dried lime, mint leaf. Foaming mousse on the palate, citric acidity, now also with more Riesling stone fruit, salty-savoury flavour, cool type, lean and fresh, very nice aperitif.
