Carafe with pleasure! Ethereal, herbal savouriness and fruit meet on the nose. Spearmint, dill, sweet grapefruit, unripe orange, cool smoke, oyster sauce. Deeply layered on the palate, creamy acidity, a vivid phenol provides a structural framework, very well integrated sweetness, minerality that sets the tone and lingers for a long time, a great food companion.
