There is no boredom on "350 N.N.", yeasty, herbal, wild aromas, liquorice, caraway, tree bark, Mirabelle plum, apple. Starts juicy with a fine texture, rather soft texture, on which the immanent dynamics and energy builds up, finely salty, mineral.
