Clear spontaneous fermentation notes, but also typical of Silvaner: roasted hazelnut, white flowers and sesame. Juicy on the palate with a core and plump freshness, a hint of fermentation carbonic acid, aromatically still closed, but hinting at spice. Bone-dry style, puristic and pure "cool climate".
