Reductive, with lots of spice on the nose, preserved lemons, Mirabelle plums, quince, apple skin, lots of herbal spice, nettle, mint, hay, iodine notes. Delicately textured on the palate, silky tannins, clear, fresh apple, pears, very saline, animating to drink, full of character.
