Brilliant golden yellow. Complex bouquet of almond brioche, lemon confit, currant and a touch of honey blossom. Finely tuned, refreshing acidity, delicate mousse and a sturdy mid-palate are beguiling. Great tension with a clear mineral finish and light ginger spiciness noted on the long finish. Great elegance.
