Medium, radiant lemon yellow. Complex aromas of pear, Reinclaude, subtle yeasty notes and some hazelnut on the nose. Crisp, refreshing attack, tasty on the palate with fine herbal savouriness and balanced fruitiness. Smooth, deep finish with a hint of white pepper. A versatile food wine.
