Bright, shiny lemon yellow with silver reflections. Fine notes of cassis, confit citrus fruit, some pineapple and pear with a touch of almond cake. Smooth foam. Creamy, juicy texture and complex fullness dominate the palate, juicy, finely balanced acidity. Medium length, straightforward and precise.

Medium yellow-green, persistent, fine mousse. Yellow stone fruit background with meadow herbs, delicate bourbon vanilla, a hint of cardamom and candied tangerine zest. Juicy and elegant with lively acidity, subtle fruit sweetness and a touch of wood savouriness. Good food wine.
