Rich copper gold. Subtle, delicately fragrant nose of pickled wild strawberry, blood orange, tobacco and a delicate hint of roasted herbs. Full-bodied on the palate with balsamic undertones and a tasty, animating acid core, very fine mousse. Still has certain ageing potential despite its maturity. Gracefully savoury and long finish.
