Medium, bright golden yellow. Rich bouquet: smoky aromas, fresh bread, apple tart and roasted nuts. Full-bodied on the palate, very densely woven, extract-rich structure with finely balanced, invigorating acidity, pleasantly soft mousse. Characterful, tart finish with great fullness that lingers for a long time. Subtle and complex, designed for further ageing. Needs hearty dishes as a match partner.
