Tasting Notes
Medium, bright ruby red colour. Delicate flavours of blood orange, cranberry and raspberry pulp with notes of pink biscuit and a hint of smoked bacon. Full-bodied and full of character on the palate, with a fine phenolic finish. The youthful, mineral texture is complemented by a balanced acidity. Presence of candied red fruit on the finish. A versatile wine with good ageing potential.
