Bright salmon red with copper reflections. Elegant aromas of blood orange zest, baked apple, roasted almond and rose scented patisserie. A rich attack with a very tightly woven palate and firm acidity that combines wonderfully with the fine mousse and salty notes. Very refreshing with great depth despite its maturity. Remarkable!
