Tasting Notes
Rich, bright golden yellow colour. Intense nose of fresh peach compote, ripe apricots, fine nuances of exotic fruits and vanilla cream. Full-bodied on the palate, carried by a delicate vein of acidity, medium fruit density and fine mousse. A subtle hint of sea salt adds freshness and excitement. Delicate finish with hints of orange oil and caramel. A good accompaniment to food.
