Brilliant yellow gold colour. A refreshing bouquet of lime zest, white peach, mint and some delicate smoky notes. In the mouth it has a lively mousse, harmoniously balanced acidity and plenty of drive. Ginger spiciness leading to a juicy, salty finish with good length. Tasty.
