Still strongly yeasty and spicy on the nose, with floral notes, lemon balm and incense. Biting acidity on the nose, crisp, juicy, almost salivatingly insistent, incredibly exciting and fresh, almost vibrating, intensely tactile-mineral finish, will be a long-distance runner.
