pine nuts, roasted

Pecorino, freshly grated

Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

olive oil
- Wash the wild garlic and parsley leaves, dab dry and chop coarsely. Finely grind the pine nuts and salt in a mortar, then add the herbs and work everything into a fine paste. Stir in the Pecorino and Parmesan and add the oil.
- Mix everything well and fill the pesto into a dark container.
