Tasting vom 12.02.2016: Peter Moser

Kräftiges Rubingranat, violette Reflexe, dezente Randaufhellung. Einladendes rotes Waldbeerkonfit, frische Herzkirschen, zarte Kräuterwürze, ein Hauch von Edelholz. Saftig, feine Extraktsüße, zart nach Nougat und Kirschen, feine Tannine, balanciertes Säurespiel, bleibt gut haften, ein eleganter Speisenbegleiter.
