Amsterdam's Famous Seafood Bar Goes International With London Opening

Amsterdam's The Seafood Bar has opened the doors of its first international restaurant, in London's Soho.

Fans of The Seafood Bar restaurant will no longer have to visit the Netherlands to get their fishy fix. The Seafood Bar is popular in Amsterdam, where its three restaurants are internationally known for their sustainable fish dishes. "We're happy to announce that our 190 seat restaurant in Soho, London has now opened. At 77 Dean St and residing in one of London's oldest Georgian townhouses, you're hereby invited to come and have an oyster," it said on its Facebook page. Fons de Visscher, a fishmonger for nearly 30 years, opened the first Seafood Bar in 2012.
