The London wine club 67 Pall Mall is inviting guests to Verbier in Switzerland for the first time on 4 July for a tasting of superb Alpine wines and a gourmet dinner by star chef Jérôme Henry.
The opening of 67 Pall Mall Verbier in December 2021 was the first European branch of the prestigious members’ club. Now, for the first time, 67 Pall Mall is inviting guests to a wine festival in the new club – including a large selection of exquisite Alpine wines presented by Swiss grape geneticist Dr José Vouillamoz.
The Alpine wines will be tasted as part of a coordinated dinner prepared by top chef Jérôme Henry, the new head chef at 67 Pall Mall Verbier. In addition to the tasting, Dr José Vouillamoz, who co-wrote the award-winning book Wine Grapes with Masters of Wine Jancis Robinson and Julia Harding, will talk about his search for the origin of the Alpine regions’ grapes.
