Tomas Bajoriūnas has been part of the coffee world since 2010, starting out in a coffee shop chain before moving into specialty coffee together with “London roasters Has Bean”. After leading quality at “Mission Coffee Works”, he now oversees operations and coffee standards at “Rocket Bean” in Vilnius.
