Light gold with persistent mousse. Fragrant nose of roasted hazelnuts, sea salt, dried orange slices, a mix of exotic fruits and blueberries, with a lemon-thyme aftertaste. Delicate, calm mousse on the palate, subtle and slightly creamy, elegant, with a certain saltiness. Flows delicately.
