Brightening, brilliant golden yellow with persistent, fine mousse. Pure elegance on the nose, finest smoky tones, freshly baked brown bread, some cheese rind, candied lemon and salt. On the palate very dry and harmonious, great balance, plays skillfully between fruit, acidity and mousse back and forth, literally vibrates, very animating, enormous length.
