Light gold with persistent mousse. Fragrant nose of roasted hazelnuts, sea salt, dried orange slices, a mix of exotic fruits and blueberries, with a lemon thyme aftertaste. Delicate, calm mousse on the palate, subtle and slightly creamy, elegant, with a certain saltiness, flows delicately, with a slightly settled finish.
