Radiant, bright pale gold. On the nose, initially light malt, sea salt, candied lemon, fine herbs, candied ginger, roasted hazelnut, cold smoke. On the palate with clear fruit and vivid mousse, with a polished core, very juicy, salty, with lots of energy, shows good drive on the palate, long, keeps coming back.
