Intense golden yellow colour, fine bubbles and persistent in the glass. The nose initially smells of cold smoke, toasted black bread crust, ripe Golden Delicious apple, intense and powerful. Also on the palate with plenty of drive on supporting acidity through to the slightly saline finish.
