The trento doc Ferrari Perlé Zero Cuvée Zero 14 from the winery Ferrari Trento has been rated in 2021 with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay
Hints of yeast, of fresh apple tart, of almost buttery richness make for a most inviting nose. The palate, however, is slender, taut, lemony and bright. It has the depth suggested on the nose, but comes with exquisite slenderness and again an edge of cream. The length is exquisite.
